गन्ना किसानों से आज मुलाकात करेंगे PM मोदी, यूपी-उत्तराखंड सहित पांच राज्यों के किसान होंगे शामिल

नई दिल्ली/लखनऊ : गन्ना किसानों की समस्याओं को लेकर केंद्र सरकार बेहद संजीदा है. इस सिलसिले में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी शुक्रवार (29 जून) को देश के गन्ना उत्पादक राज्यों के प्रमुख किसानों से रूबरू होंगे. इनमें यूपी, उत्तराखंड, पंजाब, महाराष्ट्र और कर्नाटक के 150 किसान शामिल हैं. उत्तर प्रदेश के प्रतिनिधिमंडल में इक्कीस किसानों को शामिल किया गया है. खास बात ये है कि चयनित किए गए गन्ना किसानों में तीन पीलीभीत जिले के भी हैं. प्रधानमंत्री की प्रस्तावित मीटिंग के मद्देनजर किसानों को लखनऊ में महत्वपूर्ण टिप्स भी दिए गए. उत्तर प्रदेश के गन्ना मंत्री सुरेश राणा के नेतृत्व में प्रतिनिधिमंडल दिल्ली पहुंचा है.

प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय ने जारी बयान में कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री लोक कल्याण मार्ग में 29 जून 2018 को करीब 150 गन्ना किसानों के प्रतिनिधिमंडल से बातचीत करेंगे. इसमें उत्तरप्रदेश, महाराष्ट्र, कर्नाटक, उत्तराखंड और पंजाब के किसान होंगे. बयान में कहा गया कि बैठक के दौरान गन्ना क्षेत्र के लिए उठाए गए सरकारी कदमों पर चर्चा की उम्मीद है.

माना जा रहा है कि पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी मुलाकात के बाद गन्ना किसानों की समस्याओं को हल करने के लिए कोई बड़ा ऐलान कर सकते हैं. गन्ना किसान लंबे समय से बकाया भुगतान सहित कई समस्याओं से जूझ रहे हैं. ये मामला सियासी तौर पर भी तूल पकड़ता जा रहा है. हाल ही में कैराना और नूरपुर उपचुनाव के नतीजों को भी इसी से ही जोड़कर देखा जा रहा है. पीएम मोदी शुक्रवार (29 जून) की सुबह करीब 11 बजे अपने आवास पर किसानों से मुलाकात करेंगे.

चीन रवाना होने वाली थीं ममता बनर्जी, आखिरी पलों में इस वजह से कैंसिल कर दिया प्लान

कोलकाता : आज (शनिवार से) से 8 दिवसीय चीन दौरे पर रवाना होने से कुछ घंटे पहले ही पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी ने इसे रद्द कर दिया है. ममता बनर्जी की ओर से जारी आधिकारिक बयान में कहा गया है कि अहम मौके पर उच्च स्तर पर राजनीतिक बैठकों की पुष्टि नहीं हो पाई, जिसके कारण यात्रा को रद्द कर दिया गया है.

ममता की यात्रा रद्द होने के बाद कोलकाता स्थित चीन के वाणिज्य दूतावास की ओर से जारी बयान में कहा गया, 'हमने पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी के 22 जून, 2018 की दोपहर को चीन का अपना दौरा रद्द करने की घोषणा पर संज्ञान लिया है. इसमें कहा गया, 'चीन भारत के साथ अपने संबंधों और चीनी प्रांतों एवं भारतीय राज्यों के बीच आदान प्रदान को काफी महत्व देता है. चीन मुख्यमंत्री के दौरे की तैयारी के लिए कड़ी मेहनत कर रहा था.'

चीन में शिष्टमंडल का नेतृत्व करने वाली थीं ममता
चीन में 8 दिनों के लिए आयोजित होने वाली इस बैठक में ममता बनर्जी भारत सरकार और चीन की कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी के अंतरराष्ट्रीय विभाग के बीच आदान-प्रदान कार्यक्रम के तहत एक शिष्टमंडल का नेतृत्व करने वाली थीं, लेकिन अहम मौके पर वार्ता की पुष्टि ना होने के कारण ममता ने यात्रा को रद्द कर दिया है. 

सुषमा स्वराज को दी गई जानकारी
पश्चिम बंगाल के वित्त मंत्री अमित मित्रा ने बताया कि यात्रा रद्द करने के बारे में विदेश मंत्री सुषमा स्वराज और विदेश सचिव वी के गोखले को जानकारी दे दी गई है. सुषमा अभी विदेश में हैं.

उन्होंने बताया कि पश्चिम बंगाल के मुख्य सचिव और भारत में चीन के राजदूत के बीच पत्राचार से एक कार्यक्रम तय हुआ. मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि बीते कल तक सभी चीजें ‘‘ठीक चल रही थीं' लेकिन दुर्भाग्यवश उचित स्तर पर राजनीतिक बैठकों' की पुष्टि नहीं हो पाई. ममता ने कहा, चीन में हमारे राजदूत ने सूचित किया है कि आदान-प्रदान कार्यक्रम के तहत उचित स्तर पर राजनीतिक बैठकों की पुष्टि नहीं हुई है. लिहाजा, आदान-प्रदान कार्यक्रम के तहत शिष्टमंडल के साथ चीन की मेरी यात्रा का कोई महत्व नहीं है.'

शहीद औरंगजेब के घर पहुंचींं रक्षा मंत्री सीतारमण, परिवार का बढ़ाया हौसला

श्रीनगर : पिछले दिनों जम्मू कश्मीर के पुलवामा में आतंकियों द्वारा हत्या किए जाने वाले भारतीय सेना के जवान औरंगजेब के परिवार से बुधवार (20 जून) केंद्रीय रक्षा मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने मुलाकात की. औरंगजेब के परिवार से मुलाकात के दौरान उन्होंने कई लोगों से बातचीत की और उनका हौंसला बढ़ाया. औरंगजेब के परिवार से मुलाकात के बाद सीतारमण घाटी के हालातों का जाय़जा लेने के लिए जाएंगी और जम्मू में सेना के अधिकारियों के साथ एक बैठक करेंगी.

बिपिन रावत ने भी की औरंगजेब के परिवार से मुलाकात
निर्मला सीतारमण से पहले भारतीय सेना प्रमुख जनरल बिपिन रावत औरंगजेब के घर पहुंचे थे. बिपिन रावत पुंछ जिले में स्थित शहीद औरंगजेब के घर पर गए और परिवार का हौंसला बढ़ाया था.

क्या है पूरा मामला
ईद की छुट्टी पर घर जा रहे सेना के जवान औरंगजेब का आतंकवादियों ने पहले पुलवामा के कालम्पोरा से अपहरण किया और उसके बाद गोली मारकर उनकी हत्या कर दी थी. अधिकारियों के मुताबिक, गुरुवार (14 जून) सुबह करीब नौ बजे यूनिट के सैनिकों ने एक कार को रोककर चालक से औरंगजेब को शोपियां तक छोड़ने को कहा. आतंकवादियों ने उस वाहन को कालम्पोरा में रोका था और जवान का अपहरण कर लिया था. इस मामले ने काफी तूल पकड़ा था. औरंगजेब की हत्या के बाद एक वीडियो सामने आया था. इस वीडियो में आतंकियों और सेना के जवान औरंगजेब के बीच बातचीत को साफ सुना जा सकता है. वीडियो में आतंकियों ने औरंगजेब को एक पेड़ के नीचे बैठा रखा है और उससे सवाल पूछ रहे है. वीडियो में किसी आतंकी का चेहरा तो नहीं दिख रहा है लेकिन सेना के जवान औरंगजेब के साथ हुई बातचीत में आतंकी की आवाज एकदम साफ सुनाई दे रही है.

ई-कॉमर्स मार्केट में उतरेगा Google, गोदाम में मजदूर नहीं रोबोट करेंगे काम

बीजिंग : चीन में अपनी मौजूदगी को दोबारा मजबूत करने के लिए गूगल चीनी ई-कॉमर्स कंपनी जेडी डॉट कॉम में 55 करोड़ डॉलर का निवेश करने जा रही है. सीएनबीसी ने गूगल के हवाले से बताया कि रणनीतिक भागीदारी के तहत, गूगल जेडी डॉट कॉम में 55 करोड़ डॉलर लगाएगी. इसके बदले गूगल को हाल ही में जारी जेडी डॉट कॉम के 2.7 करोड़ से अधिक क्लास ए साधारण शेयर 20.29 डॉलर प्रति शेयर के मूल्य पर हासिल होंगे.

बाजारों में टकराव को कम करेगी
दोनों कंपनियां खुदरा आधारभूत संरचना विकसित करने के लिए भागीदारी में काम करना चाहती हैं, जो शॉपिंग अनुभव को बेहतरीन ढंग से वैयक्तिकृत कर सकती है और दक्षिण-पूर्व एशिया समेत कई बाजारों में टकराव को कम करेगी. टेकक्रंच के हवाले से बताया गया है कि यहां लक्ष्य चीन में जेडी डॉट कॉम के अनुभव और प्रौद्योगिकी को आपूर्ति श्रृंखला और लॉजिटिक्स में एकीकृत करना है. इसने ऐसे गोदामों को खोला है, जहां मजदूरों की जगह पर रोबोट काम करते हैं. इसके साथ गूगल के ग्राहकों की पहुंच, डेटा और और विपणन को मिलाकर नए तरह के ऑनलाइन रिटेल कारोबार का सृजन होगा.

दरअसल गूगल तेजी से ई-कॉमर्स इंडस्‍ट्री में कारोबार बढ़ाना चाहती है. फ्रांस की पार्टनरशि‍प से कंज्‍यूमर्स अपने स्‍मार्टफोन, टैबलेट या दूसरे डि‍वाइसेज पर गूगल सर्वि‍स के जरि‍ए समान ऑर्डर कर सकते हैं. इस बारे में गूगल के चीफ बि‍जनेस ऑफि‍सर फि‍लि‍प शेनडलर ने कहा कि हम JD.com के पार्टनरि‍शप को लेकर काफी उत्‍साहि‍त हैं और दुनि‍या भर में रि‍टेल ईकोसि‍स्‍टम के लि‍ए नए सॉल्‍यूशन की तलाश करेंगे.

खुशखबरी: एक ही कार्ड से मेट्रो, बस, टोल की पेमेंट में ये सुविधाएं भी जुड़ीं

नई दिल्‍ली: देश के सभी महानगरों में मेट्रो रेल, लोकल बस और ऑटो-टैक्सी आदि सार्वजनिक परिवहन के सभी साधनों के किराये का भुगतान एक ही कार्ड से करने की सुविधा में टोल-टैक्स और पार्किंग के भुगतान को भी शामिल कर लिया गया है. केंद्रीय आवास एवं शहरी मामलों के मंत्रालय ने ‘नेशनल कॉमन मोबिलिटी कार्ड’ (एनसीएमसी) से मिलने वाली सुविधाओं में इजाफा करते हुये टोल प्लाजा और पार्किंग एजेंसियों से इस कार्ड को अपनी ऑनलाइन भुगतान सेवा से जोड़ने को कहा है. आवास एवं शहरी मामलों के राज्यमंत्री हरदीप सिंह पुरी ने हाल ही में इस परियोजना की समीक्षा बैठक में एनसीएमसी की सुविधाओं का दायरा बढ़ाते हुये संबद्ध प्राधिकरणों को यथाशीघ्र कार्ड को भुगतान सेवा से जोड़ने को कहा है.

परियोजना से जुड़े मंत्रालय के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ने बताया कि शुरुआती चरण में एनसीएमसी का उपयोग मेट्रो रेल परियोजनाओं से जुड़े सभी स्मार्ट शहरों में किया जायेगा.  पायलट प्रोजेक्ट के तौर पर फिलहाल दिल्ली और कोच्चि में मेट्रो रेल और लोकल बस में एक ही कार्ड से किराये का भुगतान किया जा रहा है.

एनपीसीआई और सीडेक द्वारा विकसित प्रणाली से एनसीएमसी के इस्तेमाल को दिल्ली और कोच्चि के अलावा मुंबई, नागपुर, बेंगलुरु और अहमदाबाद में लोकल बस और मेट्रो प्राधिकरणों ने लागू करने की मंजूरी दे दी है. मंत्रालय ने बाद में इस कार्ड के द्वारा टोल, पार्किंग और मामूली खरीददारी के भुगतान को भी जोड़ने का फैसला किया. इसे लागू करने के लिये राष्ट्रीय सूचना केन्द्र (एनआईसी), सीडेक, एनपीसीआई, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो और वित्त मंत्रालय के विशेषज्ञों की एक समिति ने दुनिया भर में प्रचलित कॉमन कार्ड के मॉडल का अध्ययन कर भारत में ‘ईएमवी ओपन लूप कार्ड’ अपनाने का सुझाव दिया है.

अधिकारी ने बताया कि समिति की सिफारिशों के आधार पर एनसीएमसी की कार्यप्रणाली तय करते हुये कार्ड तैयार कर लिया गया है. भविष्य में इसे देश के सभी छोटे बड़े शहरों में लागू करने की महत्वाकांक्षी योजना है.

ईद पर कश्‍मीर अशांत, पाकिस्‍तान सुबह से कर रहा गोलाबारी तो पत्‍थरबाज सुरक्षाबलों को बना रहे निशाना, 1 जवान शहीद

नई दिल्‍ली: जम्‍मू-कश्‍मीर में शनिवार को ईद की सिवइयों की मिठास में पाकिस्‍तान ने गोला-बारूद का जहर घोल दिया. भारतीय जवानों को दो ओर से निशाना बनाया गया. शनिवार (16 जून) को सरहद पर पाकिस्‍तान की ओर से गोलाबारी हो रही है तो दूसरी तरफ अनंतनाग में नमाज के बाद प्रदर्शनकारियों ने पुलिस व सीआरपीएफ जवानों पर पत्‍थर फेंके. पत्‍थरबाज ISIS का झंडा लिए हुए थे. अनंतनाग में सुबह 6:45 मिनट पर नमाज खत्‍म होने के बाद ही पत्‍थरबाज सड़कों पर उतर आए और नारेबाजी करने लगे. साथ ही पत्थरबाजी शुरू कर दी. उधर अरनिया सेक्‍टर पर पाकिस्‍तान की ओर से सुबह 4 बजे से ही गोलाबारी चालू है. 1 जवान शहीद हो गया हैैै. इस तनातनी का असर त्‍योहार पर मिठाई के आदान-प्रदान की रस्‍म पर भी पड़ा है. पाकिस्‍तान के बार-बार युद्धविराम उल्‍लंघन के कारण इस बार ईद पर अटारी वाघा बॉर्डर पर बीएसएफ और पाकिस्‍तानी रेंजरों के बीच यह परंपरा नहीं निभाई गई.

आतंकियों ने की जवान औरंगजेब की हत्‍या
आतंकियों ने गुरुवार सुबह सेना के जवान औरंगजेब को अगवा कर लिया था. शाम को उसका गोलियों से छलनी शव पुलवामा से बरामद हुआ. वह ईद मनाने के लिए छुट्टी लेकर अपने घर जा रहे थे. औरंगजेब पुंछ जिले के निवासी थे. शुक्रवार को भारतीय सेना ने शहीद जवान औरंगजेब को श्रद्धांजलि दी. जवान मनवेंद्र सिंह को भी श्रद्धांजलि दी गई, जो बांदीपुरा जिले के पनार जंगलों में जारी एक सैन्य कार्रवाई के दौरान शहीद हो गए थे.

पत्रकार को आतंकियों ने मारी गोली
जम्मू-कश्मीर में गुरुवार को पत्रकार शुजात बुखारी को 3 बाइक सवारों ने गोली मार कर हत्‍या कर दी थी. इस हत्यकांड में 3 आतंकियों का नाम आ रहा है, लेकिन अब एक चौथा संदिग्ध भी सामने आया है. बता दें कि जिस जगह पर शुजात बुखारी को गोली मारी गई थी, वहां का एक वीडियो सामने आया है जिसमें चौथा संदिग्ध दिख रहा है. यही नहीं चौथा संदिग्ध शुजात बुखारी की बॉडी के पास ही खड़ा है और वहां से पिस्टल उठाकर भाग जाता है. श्रीनगर पुलिस ने शुक्रवार दोपहर इस आतंकी की तलाश के लिए उसकी तस्वीर जारी की थी और इसके लिए आम लोगों की भी मदद मांगी थी. जिसके बाद उसकी पहचान जुबैर कादरी के तौर पर हुई है. उस चौथे संदिग्ध को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है.
